Mathew Trenholme FOSTER who was born on April 22, 1856  (census notes have him as born Apr 22 1867, but that is incorrect - source that collaborates this are from my Grandfather's notes (Rev. Silver Elmore Hayward,) and from the living son of Hazel Ada Leona FOSTER/MACDONALD) in Amherst, Nova Scotia, son of George FOSTER and Rebbecca TRENHOLM(E) and died on June 27, 1914 in Halifax, Nova Scotia,  married Sarah Jane HAYWARD on April 12, 1892 in Amherst, who was born on 9 Oct 1861 (census notes have the date as Oct 9 1870 , but this is incorrect - source that collaborates this are from my Grandfather's notes (Rev. Silver Elmore Hayward,) and from the living son of Hazel Ada Leona FOSTER/MACDONALD) at Port Elgin, Botsford Parish, Westmorland County, New Brunswick and died 23 Aug 1942 at Halifax, Nova Scotia.

• one daughter Mrs Hazel Ada Leona MACDONALD born March 7, 1896, Amherst, N.S.
